I studied law at Queen Mary College at the University of London from 1974-1977. I graduated in 1977 with an LL.B (Hons) law degree. A post graduate year studying law followed in 1978. Thereafter I lived in France for 2 years and Spain for a further 2 years before qualifying as a solicitor in 1990. I was appointed as a public notary on 01/02/1993.

My experience of general solicitor practice started in 1986 when I commenced articles in London.
